Yes, Click & Collect is available at our Crows Nest (NSW) store. Place your order online and wait for a confirmation email to let you know when it's ready for pickup.

At La Casa by Importante, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer store credits for eligible returns made within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are only provided for faulty items as per Australian Consumer Law.

As a small business, each order takes time and care to process, pack, and ship. Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or made in very limited numbers — once they leave our inventory, we often miss the chance to offer them to someone else.

For this reason, we don’t offer full refunds unless an item is faulty.

However, we completely understand that sometimes things don’t work out — so we’re always happy to offer a store credit for returned items, as per our policy.
