Rather than letting beautiful pieces go to waste, we give them another opportunity to be worn and loved, at a reduced price.

Every piece is different. Imperfections may include small marks, scuffs, scratches, variations in the fabric or leather, signs of handling or other minor cosmetic flaws.

We describe the specific imperfection on each individual product page so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

Yes. Wherever possible, we photograph the imperfection and include details in the product description.

We assess each piece before adding it to The Imperfect Collection and will always explain if an imperfection affects the way the item can be worn or used.

The reduced price reflects the individual condition of each piece, whether it is simply a photoshoot sample, has been gently handled or has a more noticeable imperfection.

In most cases, yes.

These are generally one-off pieces, samples or individual imperfect items. Once a piece has found its new home, it is unlikely to be available again.

Imperfect Collection pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
